G J Steel Public Company Limited and G Steel Public Company Limited Group joined hands with the Association of Siamese Architects Under the Royal Patronage together arranged the seminar “Low Carbon Building.” The world is setting new standards for low carbon buildings, therefore, our design will be “part of solutions” or “the main problem.” The seminar was held at Phra Saroj Rattananimman, Association of Siamese Architects Under the Royal Patronage, recently.

The honorable guest was Assistance Prof. Chanikarn Yimprayoon, Ph.D. from the Faculty of Architecture of Kasetsart University, who provided interesting information, including why ‘carbon’ is the main topic in the world, carbon and designing and selecting materials, calculating methods and carbon footprint estimation, case studies and green buildings standards. Moreover, Mr. Pornthep Bunraksa, Strategic Marketing Manager of G J Steel, also shared knowledge regarding green steel development in Thailand.

The seminar was well-received by many attendees, including architects, engineers, university students and general public.
